You should be able to see your current Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap on it.

As we previously mentioned, there are plenty of reasons for people choosing to use multiple iTunes accounts. While we agree that it is easy to do, there are some reminders that we like to let you know:

You can only change between your iTunes accounts once every 3 months (90 days). Do remember this caution because iTunes will suspend itself from working until the end of the period. Once it is suspended, you will not be able to use iTunes.
If you are sharing content because you have a shared account with members of your family, use the Family Sharing feature instead. With it, you will be able to link all of your family members' Apply IDs into a group so that you will be able to share purchases, pictures, documents etc. with them.
You may experience some unexpected iOS issues and conflicts with some apps. This happens when the Apple ID is bounced between two devices that do not support the same apps or system. Therefore, if you must juggle, juggle with caution and make sure that the devices used are parallel with each other.
