The worst shopping experience I have always had!

I ordered a pair of jeans for my married man. Exactly same style, details and size as a pair he already has. The new ones are much bigger and don't fit. I asked to return them but they say every bit there is no Click & Collect shop in my surface area, I must return by courier at my own expense - £five. I am flabbergasted. Never experienced such poor customer service in my lengthy internet shopping feel. Obviously I don't recommend this company and will never use them again.

Cost £ twenty per week before the soles split

I was given a pair of ben spearman boots for Xmas 2021 and the soles have split by 2 nd February 2022. I personally feel that they are not fit for purpose for a pair of boots priced at £130.00 don't last 2 months.
I don't expect Ben shearman will be bothered to contact me, just I will let you know if they exercise.

poor client service

Ordered a couple of items on 26th december 2021 , received email items dispatched and arrived at Hermes commitment depot on 27th December , still not delivered after vii days followed communication on Hermes website to wait 7 days and then contact seller if not delivered contacted Ben Sherman customer services on the fifth Jan received reply on the sixth stating that they needed to give Hermes 48hrs to trace parcel and that they would email with an update , still no update by the 11th so contacted Ben Sherman customer services again only to be told - We take emailed Hermes and requested return to sender, if and when the parcel arrives back with us we will be able to refund your club. I think is pretty poor customer service every bit information technology is non my fault order has been lost and besides given no time scale about if and when my payment volition be refunded

bought ben sherman lounge-pants/pj bottoms online from another online retailer,

very light/thin cotton textile, encounter through when held up to the light, some loose threads (pretty common in clothes)

one. the website does not work
2. then it work, just products cannot be ordered
three. and so it's possible to order with free return, and then I've placed an order. no confirmation email came.
4. confirmation e-mail came afterward ii days, the package came after ii weeks
5. one of the pants that I've ordered does not even accept a push, just ripped
half-dozen. I want to place a render, but no return characterization was attached. after I wrote to electronic mail to client service, they told me render label costs 10 euro. why?
7. later few days I generate render label by their website. at present information technology costs 12 euro.

I just feel cheated. The product quality is depression and they crook on shipping costs. Never ever Ben Sherman online

Quality Slippers "worn out" in three weeks

I made the assumption that when i purchased something from a Premium Brand that you lot should look a reasonable quality product. Sadly I was mistaken in this case.

Back on topic: my Slippers arrived on the 5th Oct. By the 21st they have holes in both where the sole is coming abroad from the uppers. They've been worn every twenty-four hour period inside my house, non outside at all. I expected they would last at least three months, perchance more than six. Sadly less than iii weeks.

Good job I paid a discounted price of £14.99 and not the £35 plus RRP! Withal that's £0.93 per twenty-four hour period!!

I am sad to say that I agree with these reviews. Ben Sherman was a most-mythical make, the original owner build a sterling reputation with quality products. Every bit a kid, you would salve upwardly to purchase cracking quality Ben Sherman apparel at premium prices.

I now often see Ben Sherman products in discount concatenation stores (Marshall's, etc.), shirts priced at $19.99
here in Boston, and, given that they are polyester knock-offs of what the Sherman make used to exist, barely worth that. The original brand owner sold it years agone, the new owners could non be doing more than to drive it into the ground than if they were intending to. Sad what it'southward come to. Sherman is a specialty brand, and even if they wanted to brand a play to mainstream it more than: the quality is so incredibly bad and tacky that the knew owners should be publicly shamed. Ben Sherman deserves and so much better. They could fix the quality and re-make and get people'south attending, so deep is the dearest for Ben and so entrenched in people'southward history...

Very very bad customer service. Later a few years existence their customer and receiving a lot of email advertisements, I ordered to black polo shirt. They sent me just ONE.
I tried to inform them but no one cares.
Please don't spent your Monday on them.
